THE MUSIC AND THE DISABILITY
Avi Yishai, born 1967 in Jerusalem, is a self-taught musician. I started to play at the age of 9 in a premier at my aunt's salon and knew right away that I wanted to be a musician. The way there was not easy (just ask my neighbors).
Since the age of 9, I was in various musical groups that concentrated his musical expression. I learned from everyone I met. I never studied music and did not feel a need for it. Inside myself I have learned to listen to the different colors.
At the age of 31 after I got sick, I underwent surgery that left me in a wheel chair. Not being the type to give up, I moved to the field of music and computers.
I am always optimistic, and believe that if you deal with art, you have to be optimistic!
